Why isn't the private college/university I am interested in included on your website?
All the colleges and universities that are featured on our site are there because they chose to utilize our service. While we strive to include as many private colleges and universities as possible, the choice ultimately belongs to the school. After you complete registration you will be able to do a college search which includes all four-year colleges and universities, but you will only be able to request information from approximately 500 member colleges and universities.
How do I e-mail the member colleges and universities on your website directly?
To e-mail any of the member colleges and universities featured on our website (you need to be registered) go to college search and find the school you are interested in learning more about. If you click on the college/university name, the profile of the school will appear. At the top of the profile you will find many options, one of them is "send e-mail". Click it and your e-mail will be sent to the college/university admissions office directly.
How can I apply to the member colleges and universities on your website?
To apply to any of the member colleges and universities featured on our website (you need to be registered) go to college search and find the school you are interested in learning more about. If you click on the college/university name, the profile of the school will appear. At the top of the profile you will find many options, one of them is "apply online". Click it and you will be driven to the college/university online application webpage (if they offer that option on their website).
How do I receive more information from the member colleges and universities featured on your website?
To receive more information from any of the member colleges and universities featured on our website (you need to be registered) go to college search and find the school you are interested in learning more about. If you click on the college/university name, the profile of the school will appear. At the top left of the profile you will see a yellow "send me info" button. Click it and your request for more information will be sent directly to the college/university you selected.
Why haven’t I received anything from the member colleges and universities I selected to receive more information from on your website?
Unfortunately, we cannot control when and if colleges and universities you request information from through our website respond to you. We do send every information request directly to each one you select. Since each individual college/university controls their own communication with students, we recommend that if you haven’t heard from some of the colleges/universities you selected, contact the college/university directly.
